RAM—Grown in the rich soil of East Texas, this medium-bodied, dry red wine is made with the Shiraz grape varietal.
Enjoy hints of blackberry and spice in this wonderfully supple and flavorful selection. Try it with spicy Italian or better yet, a famous Black Angus steak and Texas toast. Cajun or “Texican” dishes come alive with the perfect pairing of this red wine that can stand up to any bold flavor with flattering compliments!
This wine was named in honor of the owner’s father, a true patriarch in is own right. The ram’s-horn (shofar) is traditionally blown to sound the alert for battle. While we hope you do not have to enjoy this wine right before you go into battle, it is a reminder to us to be alert and stay diligent in all that we do. A lesson passed down to us from our beloved father.
