Our current wines

Our passion is to produce smooth, flavorful, award-winning wines that you can enjoy on their own or paired with your favorite foods.

Blondie – Our Gold Medal crisp, dry, white wine, a favorite with chicken piccata, pairs nicely with light chicken or fish dishes, or on its own as a refreshing afternoon wine.

Pinot Grigio – our dry, white wine pairs well with trout almandine, turkey, or cheese dishes like Fettuccine Alfredo.

Sangiovese – Our Gold Medal light, fruity, dry red wine pairs well with Asiago cheese, salmon, rare steak or roasted game.

Vino Rosso – Our dry, red wine is our special blend of Sangiovese and Merlot, which pairs well with tomato-based Italian cuisine, steaks or roasted game.

RAM – Our Silver Medal dry, red Shiraz full of flavor and spice goes well with peppered steak, enchiladas and spicy Asian dishes.

Ruby – This multi-faceted, rich red, semi-sweet wine is a smooth, multi-faceted Ruby Cabernet.  It pairs well with rich cuisine from lightly spicy to savory to sweet.

Moscato – the forerunner of our sweet wines, this extravagant Muscat Blanc deepens its appeal with shy sweetness.  A favorite dessert wine that goes nicely with pumpkin pie, or pumpkin pie cheesecake.

Peaches – Naturally flavored with a splash of this velvety fruit, Peaches restyles our Blanc Du Bois wine with nectar sweetness.
